Lauren was excellent to work with. She made finding the right hotel and once we found that worked with us to find the section of the hotel that would be best for us. She made a stressful decision so easy. When we got to the hotel we were able to check into early and were taken to a beautiful room with a gorgeous view. Exactly what Lauren and I discussed.
