Lauren was so phenomenal when helping plan my trip to Tulum for my 30th birthday! She was incredibly communicative and responsive whenever I had questions or requests. I even had to change around my rooms a few times to accommodate additional friends joining my trip and she made it so clear and easy. My transportation was lovely and timely and I always felt safe. She recommended an amazing restaurant that I definitely will be going back to next time I am in Tulum - dinner was an amazing experience from the atmosphere, food and service. All around I'm so happy I booked my trip through Lauren! It was easy, breezy working with her and led to an incredible weekend!!!
