Lauren is very attuned to our family’s needs - especially our requirements for child care and activities. She one we were looking to explore a new resort and optimized location, amenities, service to fit our spring break needs. She was also very efficient and helpful in recommending a tour operator for snorkeling, who was also very accommodating of our children (first time snorkeling). All of Lauren’s recommendations are excellent and we deeply trust her judgment.

So responsive & personable! She lined everything up for us and even had a sweet treat for us in our room on arrival. The extra perks are so worth it. I will definitely be using Lauren again!

She was able to secure us transportation from the airport, a room upgrade, free breakfast, and more, all which made the trip even more amazing and relaxing.
