My experience was relatively quick and straightforward as I knew where I wanted to book. It was especially nice not having to go through online booking of both the hotel and transportation. The added perks were also enjoyed and I was thrilled to find my room had been upgraded to an ocean view room right by the adult pool. Lauren was always helpful, timely and knowledgeable about the area and extra activities if I wanted to partake. Would definitely look into using again for future travels! Also, I rated a 4 just because our interaction was brief. I imagine if I was planning a trip with more variables (larger party, desired location or resort unknown, etc), the experience would be 5 stars.
