We simply can't say enough good things about Lauren!! She was absolutely AMAZING throughout the entire booking process, she even continued to check in throughout the trip, as well as after, to make sure we had no issues. We booked a 2 week trip throughout Paris & Italy and Lauren helped us with every detail including the flights, hotels, trains, excursions, etc. Her communication was impeccable. She responded SO fast and answered every single question we had (and we had A LOT of questions). She also assisted my fiance with my surprise and absolute dream of a proposal in Lake Como!!! Lauren found him an amazing photographer who captured one of the most special moments of our lives.
