Lauren is fantastic to work with — knowledgeable and responsive. She did a great job tailoring the hotel choices and adventures to our needs and interests. This rating applies to all aspects of our trip not just this hotel booking.

Lauren was very knowledgeable and kept in contact with me throughout the process providing expert advice as we wanted to visit three cities in Spain in one week. We connected via email, zoom, and other ways to make sure we were on the same page to create a plan that was doable, made sense, and stayed on budget for us. At the last minute we had to make a change and Lauren very quickly took care of it and made sure everything worked out for us and our trip continued without a hitch. I trust Lauren to coordinate any trip anywhere for us, and I know she will do a great job every time! I totally recommend working with her!

Lauren was great to work with providing great hotel options and information to match our wants and budget. I recommend working with her since it saves so much time looking for places, checking train and air travel schedules, and researching the best options. To have this done for is truly a HUGE help.
