Planning a trip for 11 women could have been a logistical nightmare — but thanks to Lauren, it was absolutely seamless. From the very beginning, her communication was clear, timely, and organized. She handled every detail with professionalism and warmth, making sure each traveler felt taken care of no matter their room category or personal preferences.
We had several different room types and requests, and she navigated them all flawlessly. Not only was everything booked exactly as promised, but we were even surprised with upgrades that made the experience extra special.
