Lauren was extremely helpful as always with this booking. I needed a nice property with spacious rooms close to the Galveston cruise terminal as we were leaving on a cruise the next day. Lauren was incredible! She gave great suggestions, was easily accessible and was quick to pivot when we needed to make changes. She was extremely reliable and easy to work with, and gave a variety of options for things like dining and activities. I appreciated that she had opinions but also listened to what we were looking to get out of our trip. I would recommend her to anyone and cannot wait to work with her again- Thanks Lauren!
