Lauren was great! She provided many options, helped to upgrade our rooms, and ensure that we received a complimentary breakfast each morning. Lauren was easy to communicate with and incredibly responsive. She checked in throughout the stay to see if we needed anything. Would definitely book with Lauren again.

Lauren was absolutely fantastic to work with when going through the process of planning our vacation. We provided Lauren with our budget and destinations we were interested in and she went above and beyond by providing us with detailed packages/presentations to review for different destinations/resorts. The booking process was seamless and Lauren ensured everything was taken care for us. From lodging and flights to private transports to and from the resort, there wasn’t anything we had to worry about. Any concern we had Lauren took it upon herself to research or connect with management at the resort to make sure all details were ironed out to ensure we were accommodated with any need we had. We will definitely be using Lauren for our future travel planning needs!
