Lauren was fantastic, and we would absolutely book through her again and recommend her to others. She communicated clearly and responded to questions very quickly throughout the process. She took the time to understand our travel preferences, provided great recommendations, and even called around to better understand what exceptions could be made when traveling with an infant. She also suggested alternative resorts that might better fit our needs, which was very helpful. When there was a pricing discrepancy with the resort, she worked to get it resolved, and when a resort amenity changed after booking through no fault of her own, she negotiated effectively to have another desired amenity comped. She also recommended transportation for getting around the island which worked out very well. Overall, Lauren was knowledgeable, responsive, and a real advocate for us - thank you, Lauren!
