She helped us narrow down and select an area/hotel that was absolutely perfect for our family vacation, and also provided recommendations for transportation and additional activities for us to enjoy in Playa del Carmen. Lauren made booking easy, was very friendly and relatable, and gave us great suggestions. She hooked us up with booking airport transportation even though we waited until the last minute to do so. The transportation was so easy, friendly, clean and fancy too! Would absolutely recommend Lauren to anyone looking for a travel advisor!

Lauren has been super fantastic, attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. She guided us through everything and didn't hesitate to respond quickly to our emails if needed.
