Our trip was absolutely wonderful, and that is entirely thanks to the incredible support and care we received. My kids still haven’t stopped talking about it. They loved the hotel so much they genuinely thought I had won the lottery.
Every detail was so thoughtfully planned, and the Guest Accessibility Pass made an enormous difference for our family. It truly transformed our park experience. There is no way we could have done even half of what we did without it. It wasn’t just helpful, it was a blessing.
What meant the most to me was how intentional and understanding the planning was for our special needs family. Of course, we had challenging moments, as comes with the territory, but everything that was put in place ahead of time made those moments manageable and allowed us to still enjoy the trip and make lasting memories together.
The social story that was created for us was especially impactful. My son was struggling with the uncertainty of the trip and all the “what ifs,” and that resource helped ease his anxiety in a way I truly didn’t expect. It gave him a sense of control and understanding, and it made a real difference.
Every recommendation, from airport planning to prepaid parking to food suggestions, was spot on. I printed everything and organized it into a travel binder that we used throughout the trip. The level of care, communication, and follow-through was exceptional.
I can’t recommend Laura highly enough, especially for families with accessibility or special needs considerations. This trip wasn’t just well planned, it was thoughtfully designed around our family, and I will always be grateful for that.

She took the time to get to know our family, each individual likes/dislikes, and gave personal recommendations tailored to our family. She was in touch through every bit of the process, from initial decisions and bookings to choosing excursions all the way through checking in on the trip itself to make sure things were going smoothly.
