Laura was amazingly patient and thorough throughout this whole process. She took the time to get to know our family, each individual likes/dislikes, and gave personal recommendations tailored to our family. She was in touch through every bit of the process, from initial decisions and bookings to choosing excursions all the way through checking in on the trip itself to make sure things were going smoothly.
