My Story
I focus on food and wine-centered travel, with a particular emphasis on the Willamette Valley, Portugal, Southern England, and other wine regions around the world. I’m drawn to destinations where food, wine, and landscape are deeply connected; there’s no shortage of those to explore. I’d love to help you experience them in a way that feels both relaxed and memorable.
My Travel Style
My approach is hands-on and personal. I lean on my own travel experiences and the relationships I’ve built with winemakers, chefs, and hoteliers to recommend places I know and trust. Each itinerary is tailored, with attention to detail and a balance of comfort, access, and discovery. I believe that travel is the best investment you can make for yourself and your family, and seek out experiences that provide both stellar service and luxurious comforts—in my view, travel should be comfortable and stress-free.

Laura is incredible. This trip was my husband and my honeymoon - so to have Laura plan everything for us was such a relief with the added stress of wedding planning this year. Alabama is surprisingly a large Oregon wine hub (especially Birmingham, where I'm from) and I've told anyone that will listen about how this trip was planned. Laura was available anytime I needed her and answered every question and concern I had. Our trip fit our personalities so well. We love a planned itinerary with room to ebb and flow - and that's exactly what we got!

Working with Laura made our trip seamless from start to finish. She helped us choose the perfect room—big enough to lug in all our bags and still have plenty of space to stretch out. She also built us an itinerary that was absolutely foolproof, with every detail thought through so we never had to second-guess a plan. From room selection to local tips, Laura covered it all and made sure we could just relax and enjoy the experience. Laura is such a thoughtful and detail-oriented agent! She gave us a few options, but hearing what she loved about the Stephanie drew us in. I especially appreciate her teaching us all about the tides nearby and the bike trails, etc! We had such an adventure! Thank you Laura!
