Laura was amazing!! She was timely and thorough in her research, and found a “just right”fit for our hotel with the parameters I gave. I would not have found our perfect Rio hotel without her! She also connected us with great travel insurance which put us at ease, especially traveling to the southern hemisphere for the first time. The whole way through it felt too good to be true, from her communicating with the resort on our behalf to make it meaningful and special for my disabled son as we celebrated his birthday, to the details of reservations and accommodation upgrades. We all felt very VIP and I loved it! During the trip, I just kept thinking how thankful I was for the experience she had created for us.
