Laura was absolutely amazing from start and finish! Every detail thought of, lots of recommendations and knowledge to ensure we had the best trip possible. Super helpful with booking of transfers which made the trip seamless and super convenient. Every detail was planned and it made our trip! Laura provided a good number of different options for hotels for my time in Bangkok, each offering a different level of amenities and locations (though all within the ideal neighborhood as a tourist looking to maximize my time there). When I ultimately wanted to go with something different, she was very quick to get the details of the alternative option and then book it. This included confirming that my existing status with the hotel chain would carry over to the stay, which was very much appreciated. As with all my other stays, she was great at confirming my travel dates to be sure that there was no hiccup upon arrival.

Laura communicated the various options for the hotels in Phuket clearly and gave a number of options that fit my request. She was also very accommodating with my back-and-forth in deciding where to stay on the island, including suggesting flipping my schedule to optimize my experience between the more relaxing boathouse stay and the stay in higher energy Patong. She was great at confirming my travel dates, the appropriateness of the location and price point, and at making sure the desired amenities were included at the properties. She was also very quick to book and share the information.

Laura communicated the various options for the hotels in the city clearly and gave a number of options that fit my request. This was especially the case when I went back and forth one which locations to choose for my time on Phuket, for which she was very accommodating and flexible in finding exactly what I wanted (ultimately choosing to split my time in two spots). She even recommended I flip my schedule, noting that it’d make more sense to be in the more party part of the island during the weekend, which I wouldn’t have thought of myself. She was great at confirming my travel dates, the appropriateness of the location and price point, and at making sure the desired amenities were included at the properties. She was also very quick to book and share the information.
