From planning and reservations to the personal touches that make us feel genuinely taken care of, Laura handles everything with an incredible level of care and professionalism.

This was my first time using a travel agent and first time on a Disney cruise. Laura was communicative, thorough, and offered lots of information having been on Disney cruises herself. She reminded me when the opportunity to book excursions opened up, she offered to help me with the check-in process, and gave plenty of tips and tricks as to having the best possible experience on the ship. I would love to book my next cruise through Laura.

Laura has been super helpful with the whole trip. We requested to stay at this location and were not disappointed with the apartments, although there was no staff on site the entire time we stayed at this location.
