Laura and Ann took our rough itinerary and crafted it into a very enjoyable self-guided 12-day driving tour of Scotland with only a few days advance notice. We thought we would have to forgo this trip due to a lack of time to book airfare, lodging, and location-specific tours. They listened to our preferences and desires and put together a great trip! Now we want go back to Scotland! Laura and Ann also jumped in to adjust our return flight so that we could attend a last-minute funeral in another state. Perfect!
