She is a traveler's dream - from listening to our desires for the kind of trip we were interested in and designing it accordingly to her exceptional attention to detail. Laura is thorough, providing us with all the details needed in a timely fashion, whether verifying that all our international documents were in order, providing a detailed timeline, or updating any itinerary or flight changes. She prepared a list of places of interest and suggested restaurants for our consideration, as well as helpful hints about the culture, language and any special events that would be in play during our visit. All in all, thanks to Laura, we couldn't have been better prepared for this trip.
