Ladylaura was wonderful! She had such great recommendations and was very helpful throughout the whole process. We were unsure which resort to book and she was willing to take the time to explain the amenities and where I'd get the most bang for my buck. She explained what the process of booking with her would be like so I always knew what to expect. I will be booking with her again for sure!
