Lacey is amazing to work with. She is very prompt in replying to requests and clear in her communication. She makes sure to understand your travel priorities and to find hotels that fit your needs. We have worked with Lacey on multiple trips and we are never disappointed!

Lacey was so helpful to work with when we planned our 10 year anniversary trip. She was able to find a resort that fit all of our travel preferences and desires which was amazing because I had no idea where to start. Matachica was one of three resorts she found and made it so easy for us to decide. When I had questions, she reached out to the resort for me and got all my answers in such a timely manner. It was also really awesome to get the benefits that came with booking through Lacey that we wouldn't have gotten booking on our own. Lacey made sure we had everything lined up for transportation and made our trip there (which included a plane, a hopper plane, a taxi and a boat) seamlessly easy. It was so nice to have our trip booked and fully organized so we had nothing to worry about for our anniversary. Lacey is the best and I highly recommend anyone to work with her!

Lacey was so helpful with assisting us with places to stay both in London and Paris. She gave us options, sent pictures with information on each option. We wanted places with elevators, places close to attractions or easy access to tour vehicles.

Lacey set us up for a getaway of a lifetime. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with a bottle of champagne and chocolate-covered strawberries.
We were also interested in taking a snorkeling trip with our kids. Lacey found us a trip all of us could enjoy. We snorkeled, went bird-watching, and got to ride on banana boats at the private island stop.
It was our favorite trip yet. Last but not least, Lacey ended up saving us money by booking through Fora instead of the hotel website.
