Lacey is truly amazing at what she does. She planned our first trip to Boston and Cape Cod with our twin toddlers, and honestly, I don’t know how we would’ve done it without her. Everything was taken care of — cribs were already set up when we arrived, snacks were waiting, we got a surprise room upgrade and she even built a custom itinerary around the girls’ nap schedules. She had endless patience with all my questions and indecisiveness, which made the whole process feel so much less stressful and so much more enjoyable.
