My Story
A seasoned travel professional, I am passionate about sharing experiences in exotic locations and discovering exceptional accommodations.
Travel Style
I've spent decades as a tour director, leading small groups and individuals on bespoke journeys all over the world. From Bhutan to Bolivia, Nicaragua to Namibia, exotic and less-touristic destinations are my specialty. Wildlife safaris and photography tours are my favorite. I am passionate about Africa and have traveled to nine African countries so far. My college years living in London allowed me to travel extensively in the British Isles, as well as all over Europe. In recent years, my personal travels favor remote islands and destinations with surfing, snorkeling, and sailing activities. Ask me about my recent travels to Sri Lanka, the Seychelles, the Maldives, and the Philippines!

Kymri was outstanding…friendly, kind, available, patient, experienced, knowledgeable. I had complete confidence in her ability. She intently listened to my priorities for our trip and she created an adventure that we will cherish always! We are extremely grateful!!!
The itinerary met all of our expectations and beyond. We loved the hotel accommodations, especially at LaSala Plaza and Miro.The views from our room at LaSala Plaza were breathtakingly beautiful and serene. The suite at the Miro Hotel was amazing, as spacious and comfortable as it was elegant. The transfer services were exceptional. Our most memorable experiences were during the private tours Kymri arranged. In San Sebastian, our guide not only shared his knowledge of his beloved city, but prepared a delicious 5 course meal for us at his family’s estate, sharing personal stories of his family and friends. The connection was genuine. We thoroughly enjoyed our private tour of Bilbao and the Guggenheim, and our guide in Santiago was delightfully entertaining and extremely knowledgeable about his city and the Cathedral.
We hope to plan a trip to Italy with Kymri in the spring of 2027!

This trip was wonderful!! Communication with Kymri was very easy and she kept in regular contact with me. My expectations were exceeded! The house was beautiful and worked so well for our big party of travelers. I would definitely recommend booking with Kymri. She found a great vacation home for our very large group which can be difficult to do.

Kymri was sensitive to our needs and listened carefully to what we were interested in. We think she put together a great trip based on our needs and expectations. We really enjoyed the pace of our trip and the people along the way. The hotel and apartment accommodations arranged for us were all excellent in their own way.
