Kyle is great!! So helpful and had great suggestions for hotels and things to do. Upon landing in New York, Kyle resent my hotel information so it would be easy to find in my emails. Small details like that make a trip so much more relaxing and enjoyable. Kyle is very thoughtful and proactive and is lovely to work with!
