Kyle was incredibly helpful and patient. He was always willing to answer questions, make changes to the itinerary, or help out. The itinerary he provided was outstanding. It was incredibly detailed and we particularly appreciated the "explore on your own" and hotel recommendations. This information made each city very approachable and removed any anxiety of "where should we go." Also, I appreciated Kyle's willingness to update the itinerary with any tours or dinners that we scheduled on our own so that we had all the info in one place. The automated information about our flight changes and info were appreciated. The welcome treats and notes in each hotel from Kyle were a lovely touch. Kyle was super helpful offering several hotel choices for our Italy trip. Since we had never been before, he gave us options at different price points and locations so that we could make the best decision for our stay. He really took his time getting to understand our needs and desires and even followed up shortly before we left for our trip with an itinerary of each of our hotels for the different cities we were visiting. He made sure we knew that we could contact him if there were any issues or if we had any questions. Kyle is exceptionally thorough and went above and beyond what most travel agents do to make sure our trip was one to remember !

This was the first time I’ve used a travel agent to help with a trip. But Kyle didn’t just make reservations for us… he curated a bespoke experience that reflected our interests, passions, and budget. It started with recommendations on additional cities to add to our itinerary and continued with recommendations and reservations for restaurants, hotels, sites, private tours, and rail and car travel. Kyle was also an expert troubleshooter, which was critical when the rail service scheduled work on our line and wanted to put us on a two-hour bus ride (no thank you).

My husband and I hadn’t been to Europe for more than 6 years prior to this trip, and the last one was with a larger group/completely planned. We actually had never - in 25+ years of marriage - been to Europe together, just the two of us. It seemed too daunting, I suppose. Kyle has opened new possibilities for us, and we’re already talking to him (actually, started the conversation on our plane ride back to the US!) about our next big adventure across the pond.
