Kyle was great checking with me a couple of times to make sure everything was okay.

Kyle's the best! He booked our tickets, resort, and excursions and even suggested a travel insurance—he got us to PV and home again. His knowledge of the area was a godsend! From what to expect when we landed at the airport to customs coming home, he had us covered—dollars to pesos, tipping, local places to see, suggestions on places to eat, things to be aware of like which ATMs are not safe. He checked in a number of times to see how things were going, remind us of tours we had scheduled, and just to make sure his Montana senior citizens were having fun. We will book our next trip with Kyle for sure!

Kyle was the best. He kept our group well informed and updated. He was more the happy to book our transportation and excursions for our Puerto Vallarta, Mexico trip. He was so wonderful with dealing with this old woman's questions. I had never traveled outside the United States before and he gave me all the reassurance I needed to make my trip a great adventure. Thank you, Kyle.

Kyle made it extremely easy to travel to Puerto Vallarta. Kept us up to date on all the plans. Made sure we had our ducks in a row on what we were responsible for.

He did a terrific job. Kyle booked my hotel and was thoughtful enough to book the handicap room, which was wonderful. Lots of room for someone with mobility issues.
