I can’t recommend Krystle highly enough! From start to finish, she made planning my trip to Japan and South Korea an absolute breeze. Every detail was handled with such care and thoughtfulness, I felt completely supported and stress-free the entire time.
She found the most beautiful hotels — unique, comfortable, and in perfect locations that really enhanced the whole experience. Each stay felt curated just for me, and the quality far exceeded my expectations.
What really stood out, though, was how thoughtfully she planned out how to explore each destination. Whether it was navigating the buzzing streets of Tokyo, soaking in the peaceful atmosphere of Kyoto, or discovering hidden gems in Seoul, every day felt balanced, exciting, and perfectly paced. The itinerary was tailored to my interests, and I never once felt rushed or overwhelmed.

Krystle did a fantastic job of booking our trip over Christmas at Rosewood Castiglion del Bosco! The reservation process was a little tricky with the resort because we had to book a package for part of the trip and a separate reservation for the remainder, but she made sure it was handled and I was never worried that there would be any mixup upon our arrival. We got special perks because we used her including a room upgrade, a Christmas tree in our room, and a special panettone delivery. I will absolutely use Krystle again to book our future travel!

Krystle was an absolute dream to work with for my company's annual retreat. Professional, efficient, and effective at all stages of the process, not to mention she was a delight personally. It was a ton of work to put together this trip for our group, and without her, it would not have been possible. I will be using Krystle exclusively for all future personal and business trips.
