My Story

I am a planner at heart, and I love the feel of a map or a guidebook in my hands. I have traveled to 33 countries in search of sunsets, adventure, culture and cuisine.

Travel Style

I believe in a balance of visiting well-known tourist spots, discovering off-the beaten path experiences and leaving time to just wander.

I am passionate about planning immersive vacations, experiencing the distinct culture of a place, meeting interesting people and discovering something new every day.

I take pride in uncovering unique sites, locations and experiences and combining active adventures with quiet relaxation.

I enjoy the planning and research almost as much as the destination itself, but I strongly believe that the best travel memories happen when you live in the moment and "Enjoy the Journey."

Kristy was amazing to work with she made the trip booking process so easy and smooth and gave me good options when I mentioned the kind of hotel and vibes I was looking for and we ended choosing a perfect hotel that was in a great area. Also she gave me ideas through via tour of excursions to do and every one we did was incredible 10/10 experience!

Kristy was an amazing travel advisor. She really nailed it with finding places for us to stay and things to do that fit with the type of vacation we wanted. We had one glitch at the beginning of the trip because we hadn’t gotten an email from the cabins about check in etc… but we reached out to Kristy and she had it resolved within 10 minutes. We also went to Lake Myvatn, about 50 minutes from Husavik. It was cool to explore the area but we wished we had done it as a day trip instead of staying overnight there. Our last two nights were spent in Siglufjordhur, a small fishing village on the north coast. The hotel Kristy found us was perfect. There wasn’t a lot to do there but we did find a brew pub and had a good meal there and the Herring museum was really interesting. We took a day trip from there to Dalvík and took the ferry to Grimsey Island, which was a real highlight of the trip. I highly recommend Kristy as a travel advisor and will definitely be using her again. A plus vacation!!

Kristy was amazing! She was detailed and organized which kept us on top of things. The app she used was so helpful in keeping everything in one place. Her suggestions were well-researched and she gave options which we really appreciated.

Kristy is meticulous at detail. Making sure you haven’t overlooked anything. She is obviously very well-traveled and able to anticipate any hiccups and issues and proactively see that they are taken care of.

Kristy acted swiftly with my request and booked immediately which was critical considering it was a holiday weekend. I received the confirmation promptly and received another communication before my stay to check in and remind me of the booking. Kristy is an excellent communicator and I will definitely contact her to book my upcoming trip to France.
