Kristine helped me arrange a trip for my family, a total of 15 people! She worked closely with me for seven months, patiently listening to my needs and concerns throughout the planning process. She was professional and well informed, making suggestions for every aspect of my trip, from airline, to car rental, to resort, to suggested excursions and activities. Everything went smoothly (except for Hawaiian Air and their large group check in procedure, which was beyond Kristine's control!), ensuring that this trip that I gifted my family was seamless and without any hiccups, or hidden costs or surprises. Kristine worked with me on reservations, and with payment, answering every question that arose throughout the planning process. [She even made herself available to me as I was landing in Maui and needed to know what "tower" we were staying in so the Baby Rental Co. could deliver my rentals!] Overall, it was a wonderful experience working with Kristine-I would recommend her highly and would work with her again. She was compassionate, professional and supportive, and mot importantly, patient and understanding every step of the way. She always made herself available to me and responded to me promptly, throughout the process. Kristine's recommendations helped us create wonderful memories throughout our vacation in Maui, memories that we will always remember!

Where do I start? Kristine was a a travelers DREAM!! She took on everything I hate about a trip and made this memorable trip seamless and easy. She was available ANYTIME AND EVERY TIME I needed her. She was patient, thoughtful and I never seemed like a burden. She was efficient and detailed and I would highly recommend her/fora to anyone.
