Kristin is the best. She had thoughtful ideas for our 10-day adventure to Iceland, Austria and Germany. She made good recommendations for our logistics, provided great ideas for places to see and things to do, and she was responsive to all of our questions clearly and timely. She was also totally clutch with assistance during our trip when some logistical curve balls came at us (e.g., flight cancellation for travel from Europe to the US the day before Easter). We have already started planning another trip with Kristin's help, and recommended her to friends.
