Kristin was the Best! She planned every part of our trip. She listened to what we wanted and delivered beyond our greatest expectations! She was always available and kept up with our reservations from dining, to biking, car service and tours. I highly recommend her to anyone wanting to schedule a trip and will be using her services again!

Kristin did a wonderful job in helping us with our anniversary trip reservations. Kristin even took the time to monitor our room rates, found that our room rate went down, rebooked our reservations and saved us $$. I highly recommend Kristin to book your vacation!

Kristin was wonderful to work with! She made everything super easy. And, the extra perks that she got us were absolutely amazing. It all started with our room upgrade. We were booked in a normal room with no view, but thanks to Kristin's extra perks we were upgraded to a room with a beautiful view of the bay. We spent every morning on the balcony enjoying coffee, soaking up some sun, and watching the sailboats on the bay. We used our breakfast credit each morning at the wonderful garden restaurant on the first floor and our food and beverage credit went to great use for a fancy dinner at the rooftop restaurant. We will definitely use Kristin again for future travel. The entire experience was amazing!
