With 30 years of planning group travel for 10 to 1,800 guests worldwide, I’ve mastered the art of creating seamless, memorable journeys—no matter the destination or budget. I’ve explored 120+ cities, 50 states, 42 countries, and traveled by 25 airlines and a dozen cruise lines, giving me a deep understanding of what makes a trip truly exceptional.

Between my homes with my husband, Dieter, and our blended family, I stay plugged into the travel world through exclusive industry shows and global planner networks, ensuring my clients always travel ahead of the curve.

I have used Kristin many times before and there’s a million reasons why. For this review I’ll focus on her availability. Whenever I need to reach her, I’m blown away by the promptness of her response. I can’t imagine I’m her only client at that moment but it certainly feels that way. I have never waited more than a few minutes to hear back from Kristin if I have a question. And if there is action associated with my inquiry, it is executed immediately with a prompt follow up to me with an update. I’m so confident when I know I’m working with Kristin.

From start to finish, the process of booking was made clear and simple to navigate with Kristin. I am sure I could book my own cruise, but why navigate all the options when she laid it all out in a simple to understand folio. I could focus on cruising and less on figuring out how to book it.

We had very specific needs for this event and Kristin checked every box with perfection. Communication was fast and accurate. A concern with using US based agents for international travel is the ability to connect 24 hours a day. Kristin not only made herself available for any needs, she routinely checked in with me when I knew it was 2 and 3am back home. Always a joy. When Kristin is involved, it's one less thing for me to worry about.
