We were traveling as a large group, and she handled all the logistics seamlessly - securing our reservations, making sure the hotel knew we needed our rooms close together, and coordinating everything so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. She also took over our existing reservation and was able to add her advisor benefits, which ended up saving us a significant amount of money. That alone made using her a no-brainer. She’s communicative, detail-oriented, and genuinely goes to bat for her clients. We’ll absolutely be booking through Kristin again.
