Kristin was wonderful. She listened carefully to our wishes and when we changed our plans she made changes seemingly effortlessly. Knowing when our plane was landing Kristin contacted the hotel, explained we would arrive early on the day and wondered if we could check in early. They did not promise but obviously had made a note of her request because we did sign in upon arrival and were not charged an early check - in fee. We would use her again happily.
