Kristen Fung

I cannot say enough about Kristen Fung! We have worked with her several times and I didn’t hesitate to call her when we had last minute problems with airline delays on the afternoon of travel. I was traveling with my 93-year-old mother and there were delays that prevented us from making our connection in Minneapolis. I called Kristen at 6 pm and she secured us a reservation at the Minneapolis St. Paul Intercontinental Hotel for that evening. She also provided us with detailed shuttle information which was so helpful to us. Kristen even helped me get a reimbursement from the airline for the hotel. I didn’t even know that it was a possibility. Kristen really helped us navigate a very exhausting and stressful situation!!!

Booking with Kristen was an easy and enjoyable experience. She took our personal interests and experiences into mind and thoughtfully curated a list of places and activities we may like. We used the list as we were traveling around Tokyo and it helped us experience the city in a way we might not have without her help. Kristen was also intentional in the hotels she found for us to stay in, thinking about the natural flow of our trip and our needs. While we were away, she also checked in and kept tabs on an current events - for example, we experienced an earthquake while in Japan and Kristen immediately reached out to see if we were ok or needed anything. Kristen is an amazing travel consultant and we are so grateful for her guidance on this trip!

Kristen picked a superb and special hotel for us. I can't think of a better place to begin our stay in Lisbon. It was just outside the city center, so it was quiet while still being convenient and easy to get to everything we wanted to see. Kristen does an amazing job at picking boutique hotels that provide a unique and special experience; I would not have been able to find this great location without her!

Kristen went above and beyond to help us plan our visit to San Francisco before and after our cruise. The Kimpton Alton Hotel was the perfect choice for us. The hotel was within walking distance to so many things we wanted to see and do. Kristen also planned a tour on the Big Bus hop on-hop off that gave us the perfect way to see the sites. She also made some wonderful restaurant recommendations. We will definitely contact her when we plan our next trip!
