We are busy parents who could only get away for a very short time for our 20th anniversary. We asked Kristen for suggestions and she suggested the cute river town, Stillwater. It is only an hour away from us but still provided a much needed getaway. She booked us at Hotel Lora which is close to everything. She made sure the hotel knew it was our anniversary which prompted an free upgrade to a fireplace suite. We were even welcomed to our room with a happy anniversary note and chocolates from the hotel staff. She also went the extra mile and booked us dinner at the hotel restaurant, Feller. We had a great meal. Even though we could only get away for a short time, Kristen’s suggestions and extra care made it feel like the big celebration it was. She took care of everything and we could focus on enjoying our time together and relaxing.

Kristen was a joy to work with -- she made the experience seamless for us, which allowed us to enjoy our travel and our stay stress-free. I cannot recommend working with her highly enough! I will definitely work with her again to book travel and hotels in the future.

Kristen Fung made it easy to enjoy Chicago on a leisurely 12 day trip, mapping out days and activities that were right sized for the varying energy and activity needs of our trio of travelers.

I happened across a post by Kristen on Bluesky mentioning that she loves mapping out Los Angeles trips for people. I inquired could do the same for Chicago? She replied that she loves Chicago! We live in San Diego so we did not physically meet LA-based Kristen. But she made it easy to work with her remotely. This also came in handy when one of us got really sick with RSV (respiratory syncytial virus) during the planning stages.

All three of us loved working with Kristen. One of us especially wanted great restaurants to try -- lux foodie experiences. Two of us wanted fun shopping opportunities. I had rest-and-recover needs from my ME/CFS (myalgic encephalitis / chronic fatigue syndrome). My husband has mobility considerations. Nonetheless, we all three wanted to tour and see Chicago, and do it in style together.

Kristen made the trip easier and more lux. By example, she lined up a stop-and-see personalized tour of Chicago -- a highlight -- for just the three of us. Likewise, for the Art Institute she found a skip the line guided tour that also made much better use of our time. Early access in several tours made it easier to actually hear and appreciate / enjoy them.

Kristen also strived to map out our days by area so that we could go on little excursions - see one thing, eat nearby, plus perhaps go see something else -- to maximize our time and minimize energy expended. We are very pleased and would work with Kristen anytime.

We loved our vacation to St. Pete Beach! Kristen was able to help us find the perfect boutique-style hotel for our family that even impressed teenagers. It fit each of our preferences exactly - great restaurants, pool, and an amazing beach - all in a walkable neighborhood. She also helped us coordinate a fantastic day-trip adventure watching dolphins and snorkeling. Kristen was easy to communicate with, she took the time to know what we would like and anticipate our needs, and she helped make our trip smooth and relaxing.

Kristen was great. She helped us find the perfect hotel and flight package. She provided a customized itinerary that included everything I needed to know all in one place. She even included information on what food options would be available at the MSP airport since we were leaving so early. She booked the shuttle to and from the hotel for us and talked to the driver on our behalf and set it all up. She checked on us during our stay and was always available to answer questions and assist. We told her our preferences and she set up everything. I only had to show up and not think or worry about anything. We had a wonderful and relaxing trip. We will definitely be using Kristen again.
