Kristen picked a superb and special hotel for us. I can't think of a better place to begin our stay in Lisbon. It was just outside the city center, so it was quiet while still being convenient and easy to get to everything we wanted to see. Kristen does an amazing job at picking boutique hotels that provide a unique and special experience; I would not have been able to find this great location without her!

Kristen went above and beyond to help us plan our visit to San Francisco before and after our cruise. The Kimpton Alton Hotel was the perfect choice for us. The hotel was within walking distance to so many things we wanted to see and do. Kristen also planned a tour on the Big Bus hop on-hop off that gave us the perfect way to see the sites. She also made some wonderful restaurant recommendations. We will definitely contact her when we plan our next trip!

I would recommend Kristen to anyone traveling to Los Angeles. She set up zoom meetings to discuss our wants/needs. This meeting was free. She created an itinerary and then took feedback to change and adjust. She helped plan each day so that we could time meals and activities and it worked out each time. She booked our tours and restaurant reservations which helped save me a lot of time. We had a couple issues on our trip and she took care of them and also gave suggestions for the days we were staying close to the hotel even though I didn’t pay her for those days. Kristen was great to work with. She even had the hotel provide us with snacks upon arrival.

We are busy parents who could only get away for a very short time for our 20th anniversary. We asked Kristen for suggestions and she suggested the cute river town, Stillwater. It is only an hour away from us but still provided a much needed getaway. She booked us at Hotel Lora which is close to everything. She made sure the hotel knew it was our anniversary which prompted an free upgrade to a fireplace suite. We were even welcomed to our room with a happy anniversary note and chocolates from the hotel staff. She also went the extra mile and booked us dinner at the hotel restaurant, Feller. We had a great meal. Even though we could only get away for a short time, Kristen’s suggestions and extra care made it feel like the big celebration it was. She took care of everything and we could focus on enjoying our time together and relaxing.

Kristen was a joy to work with -- she made the experience seamless for us, which allowed us to enjoy our travel and our stay stress-free. I cannot recommend working with her highly enough! I will definitely work with her again to book travel and hotels in the future.
