Krissy Davies was amazing! It was a last minute booking and she handled everything for us, including securing an upgrade and arranging transportation from Heathrow. She was also responsive with getting our reservation extended when weather at home required an additional night stay. We will definitely be planning our next trip with Krissy!

I don’t know how we would have done this trip without Krissy!!! She was so amazingly helpful from start to finish! Thorough, professional, gave us lots of options and suggestions, helped with hotels, transportation, dinner reservations, special event bookings, and more. And thanks to her help we were able to secure upgraded hotel rooms in 4 of our 5 hotels plus some lovely welcome gifts from the hotels. This is one of the most complex trips we’ve taken: 5 hotels over 2 weeks, 2 major holidays, traveled by plane, train, car, and boat, at least 10 excursions, plus special meals for Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Eve. Krissy’s knowledge of accommodations and things to do were helpful beyond measure. I don’t think we could have pulled off a trip like this without her help and guidance. We are so thankful for her help!!!

Krissy was amazing to work with! She stayed in contact with us every step of the way making sure we were on top of all the things we needed to do for our trip. Each hotel, tour, and recommendation was thoughtful and made the trip so much more than it would have been if we tried to plan it on our own.

Krissy helped us plan a fabulous anniversary trip. The hotels that she selected were absolutely lovely with friendly staff, gorgeous accommodations, and perfectly located for all of the activities that we had planned. She recommended some wonderful tours that really elevated our experience and enhanced our understanding of the city's history and culture. She met with me before our trip to review our itinerary as well as helpful tips and tricks for European travel. She went out of her way to make sure that all of our accommodations knew we were celebrating a special occasion and they pampered us accordingly. She even accommodated a last minute request, with less than 24 hours notice, to help us make an unscheduled day trip to a nearby destination. She was delightful to work with. I look forward to planning more trips in the future with Krissy and would (and have) absolutely recommend her to my friends and family!
