I used Kizi Travel Experiences to plan a group Cancun trip for my family and she EXCEEDED every expectation.

From the very beginning, Kizi took the time to understand what we were looking for, narrowed down our options, and worked carefully within our budget without making us feel like we were settling. The booking process had a lot of moving parts and she was patient through every step - - never rushed, never dismissive, always on top of it. When concerns came up around the political climate and whether travel would be impacted, she didn't just reassure us, she actually built out a detailed spreadsheet breaking down the cancellation and reschedule terms for every single booking so we could weigh our options clearly and make informed decisions without the anxiety. That level of proactiveness and attention to detail is rare.

She also went out of her way to make the trip personal. My sister's birthday fell during the trip and Kizi coordinated a beachfront dinner at the resort for her; it was a beautiful, memorable moment that she made happen behind the scenes. She checked in on us throughout the trip to make sure everything was going smoothly, and honestly it showed that she genuinely cared about our experience, not just the booking.

My best vacation ever!!! Our vacation in Rome in late August was a no-fuss no-muss experience, courtesy of yours truly, KIZI TRAVEL EXPERIENCES. Kizi's professionalism, knowledge, attention to detail, and enthusiasm about the trip were unmatched. She took care of every detail and even offered suggestions to enhance our trip and make it memorable. She sent helpful reminders and was committed to making every aspect of our trip enjoyable. On our way to the airport, it was 7pm EST (1am in Rome), I called Kizi to see if she could arrange a pick-up from the airport in Rome. She told me "No worries, I will wake up at 4am and make some calls, you will get a ride. I will send you driver information, etc. while you are in-flight". And she did! She even followed up with text messages to ensure that we found the driver and arrived at the hotel. That's DEDICATION!!!

The booking experience was very helpful. Kizi made sure to ask the locations of activities where we were going,, allowing easier travel times. I was there for a wedding and the hotel she found was close and easy to get to.
