Kim recommended the hotel, and we couldn't have been happier with it. We were surprised by an upgrade when we arrived, which was also thanks to Kim. She checked in with us regularly to make sure everything was going well and confirmed certain services for us, despite the time difference. Our tour guides were all recommended by Kim, all of whom were top-notch and instrumental to enjoying sites like the Vatican and the Colosseum. Kim made everything easy, so we didn't have to think about the logistics, and helped to deliver a bespoke Rome experience that we'll treasure always.

This was one of our favorite hotel experiences of all time, and we have Kim to thank for the recommendation. Everything exceeded any expectations we could have had, and the sheer beauty of the place took us by surprise in the best way possible. When one of our third-party driving services had not checked in, Kim confirmed on our behalf, or made arrangements with the front desk to confirm for us, and made sure everything was taken care of. It was truly a remarkable, seamless experience, and gave us the highest confidence in our Fora rep.

The Edition Barcelona was one of our greatest hotel stays ever, and it’s thanks to Kimberly’s recommendation that we were even made aware of such a fantastic experience. Our stay there was the beginning of a three week sojourn that included a ten day cruise and a trip to Rome, for which Kimberly assisted us with all aspects of our trip. She meticulously went through every city, starting with Barcelona, to help us pick all of our tours of each city, which totaled eight, and booked them all. Then she put together our entire itinerary, making it very easy through the Fora app to keep track of every step of the entire trip. Most conveniently, she attached each tour ticket, to the corresponding day on the itinerary so that everything was organized and easy to navigate, saving me a lot of email scrolling and printing! She made sure our stay at The Edition was perfection by making certain our “perks” were attended to and arranging for the best room possible. Our entire trip would have been nowhere near as exceptional as it was, were it not for Kimberly’s assistance and advisory role in organizing and booking the entire trip.

Kimberly Sackin was an amazing advisor on all the things we did in Rome. She booked our two tours, which were magnificent, alerted us of great restaurants to visit, which proved very successful, and even after I had some last minute jitters about the hotel we were booked at, she immediately gave me five other options, but re-stated her reasons why she recommended the Chapter Roma. Thankfully I listened to her, as our stay was perfection in every sense of the word. She made sure we were assigned a fabulous room and that all our “perks” were realized. She even went through the arduous task of connecting all of our tour tickets to our itinerary so we didn’t have to worry about finding them in my voluminous emails. I will definitely use her for all my travel needs from here on out.
