Kimberly’s communication was timely and clear. She gave me regular reminders about online check-in and insurance/payment deadlines. She took my preferences into account and found a stateroom that met my specific needs. She also secured my preferred dining time and all desired specialty reservations prior to sailing. I was able to rest and relax on the 1st day of this very short cruise because she did all of the legwork for me prior to sailing. I will definitely book with her again!
