Ms. Carson provided excellent service and is very knowledgeable. She listened to me and asked questions to identify what would make our trip more comfortable for us. She quickly responded to my questions and offered suggestions that made the trip special for my husband's birthday celebration while keeping to my budget. I have a very demanding work schedule and couldn't have done this without her help.
