Kim was so helpful in every step of the planning process. She recommended this hotel (which is just what we were looking for!!) and got in touch with them to plan activities I inquired about. It was so easy to communicate with her and she delivered just what we were looking for! She even created an amazing itinerary for our trip that my husband and I used as our guide the whole time we were in Italy.

Kim made the hotel booking/transport from airport to hotel incredibly seamless and smooth. She secured above and beyond perks at the hotel and made the whole experience so pleasant. She truly cares about everything going perfectly and exceeding expectations. She is so delightful and knowledgable to work with. Even though we had been to the area several times before she found a more efficient and affordable airport transfer than what we had used in the past - amazing.
