Kim was incredible to work with during the planning process of our trip. She found us fantastic accommodations that had amazing perks which really added to making our trip extra special. Knowing we had two children under the age of 9, she found us hotels that were perfect for our family's needs. Kim always followed up with me to make sure we were all good and checked in with our hotels multiple times before we arrived to make sure everything was all set. She was also a great help in finding us tickets to various excursions throughout London. We'll definitely be working with Kim for our next trip!!
