Booking with Kim is the best! She is so thorough and efficient! She helps us find the best places and get the best value for our trips. She was also able to help save the day when we ran into an unrelated issue during our trip and weren't able to resolve it ourselves mid-tour. She went above and beyond to track down an actual human to fix our problem for us so we could relax and enjoy our trip instead of spending our vacation time on hold!
