Kiki is the absolute best and always makes booking easy! She communicates well and is always on top of everything. This hotel was excellent just like all the ones she found for our Croatia trip over the summer. The tours Kiki found and booked for us were just what we were looking for and oh the food! Kiki always finds the best restaurants! We so value Kiki's help with putting together an excellent trip and look forward to having her help us book more trips in the future!

Kiki Plas organized our entire trip, and that was the best decision ever! Not only did we stay in a fantastic hotel like the Coronado, but everything we saw was perfectly taken care of. Sweet personalized cards in the room, delicious chocolates, and even messages throughout the trip to check if everything was still to our liking. Three weeks of worry-free travel through America. Kiki could not have been more fantastic! I loved every minute of working with her, and she went above and beyond helping me find and book things that were probably entirely out of her scope of normal business. She found us reservations at restaurants that were capable of handling my son's food allergies, and reminded them of them the day before in multpile cases. She found us awesome excursions and fun shows that I likely would have entirely missed without her help. She found us a fantastic photographer that was able to help us get some great family photos taken that we'll always have as a memento. We had great trip, and most of it was due to her help. I have now become spoiled, and I don't know that I'll ever take a big trip without her help ever again.
