My travel advisor was excellent in booking and following up with us before and after the trip. I will be talking with her personally to go into more depth on rooms that might be preferred based on what the client wants. She was very thorough and genuinely cared about us enjoying our trip.

To give Kiki 5 stars is an understatement. We were planning a two month trip through Portugal and Spain and have some serious commitment issues when it comes to travel (we like exploring and want flexibility in case we love somewhere and want to stay, or want to move on from somewhere a little quicker). As a side note, this can be a tough way to travel when you're also working remotely so we came to Kiki in search of some anchor points throughout the trip and for recommendations in Portugal since we'd never been. Kiki was so patient, understanding, and beyond helpful. Her recommendations were all a 10/10, but I am most appreciative of her style and empathy. We did not make parts of the trip clean cut for her and she was able to help us through each decision with patience and care. I absolutely loved the hotel recommendations she made and they were definitely the highlight of the entire two months. I'm so grateful for Kiki and would absolutely recommend her and would love to work with her again.

Kiki is a stellar travel advisor who goes above and beyond to listen and truly understand you and your vision for an incredible trip. It was integral having Kiki handle every aspect of our trip, from giving us a range of quality options (hotels, activities, logistics, etc.) to interacting with hospitality staff ahead of and during our trip. Five stars and beyond!
