I booked my trip to Italy through Khatra, and she did an amazing job organizing everything. I stayed at Duo Milan Hotel, which was perfectly located near the train station and very accommodating. The hotel had great food options on-site, and I always felt safe during my stay. Khatra added a thoughtful personal touch with a nice little note in my room, which made me feel especially welcomed.
She also arranged a day trip to Lake Como with a group tour guide. The tour was offered in both English and Spanish, which was very inclusive and helpful for travelers. It was insightful, well-paced, and allowed plenty of free time to explore on our own. We even got to visit several charming towns around Lake Como while learning about the history of the area.
Overall, Khatra was fantastic to work with—professional, thoughtful, and detail-oriented. She made my trip seamless and memorable, and I would highly recommend her to anyone planning their travels!
