Her responsiveness is unmatched — every question, big or small, was answered with lightning speed and genuine care. She truly listens, pays attention to every detail, and walks you through each decision as if she were planning her own trip.
What impressed me most is the amount of research and thought she puts in before making a suggestion. Every recommendation felt curated just for us — not just another “package.” Even while we were on our honeymoon, Kerry stayed in touch, making sure everything was seamless and that we had everything we needed to fully enjoy our time away.
