My Travel Style
I really love getting to meet local people of the places to which I travel. I grow from learning directly from them about the history and culture of their home. I travel best with a loosely structured itinerary that gives me time to explore what I discover while there. I'm an adventurer and must find the best zip-line of every destination. When "bae" or "my girls" can't go, I definitely will go "solo dolo". In fact, it's my preferred way to travel. I'm great at finding the most luxe hotels for a bargain and proudly "ball on a budget".

There is a reason that Time Magazine named Detroit one of the World's Greatest Places in 2022. It's not just the city that put the world on wheels and gave us the great groove of the Motown Sound. Detroit is a foodie's dream and a sports-lover's nirvana. While I'm partial because it's my birthplace and hometown, many will attest to its dynamic culture and history. It's a summer sandbox and a winter wonderland. World class museums and a lively art scene make it a haven for artists.
