Kendra was super helpful in narrowing down options for hotels and getting it booked quickly. She took into account my asks for a hotel and really came up with several excellent options that hit on all the amenities I was looking for, and her knowledge of the city was helpful in picking a location that was central to what we wanted to do on our trip. She gave lots of suggestions for activities that were age-appropriate for my son who I was traveling with. Overall she made the trip planning process SO MUCH EASIER, and I felt more confident in the choices for hotel, etc.
