Kendra was communicative and even helped when our flights were delayed due to the snow so the hotel reservations were still valid when we arrived a day later.

Kendra always has my hotel bookings in order takes care of everything even when the hotel threatens to cancel because I had to change my credit card after it was stolen. Kendra was great. We’ll book again with her.
