Kelsey was great. She did everything we asked for… I have a lot of back issues and I made sure to tell her that we needed a king size bed and she made sure that we did at the hotel. She also arranged to have a driver pick us up to and from the airport was a huge plus. She did an amazing job at keeping us updated with the things we were looking for and provided excellent communication up to and after our vacation was completed. Would def recommend using her in the future

I met Kelsey a few years ago as I was interested in at home pet care vs kennels. Kelsey came across as a professional and genuine person whom both my wife and myself felt comfortable with. This was a new one for us. As time went on Kelsey told me that she loved travel and became an independent agent. I told her my needs and she checked every box. Everyone has a unique experience and personality but as for me I appreciated the fact that she listened to my wants and concerns and went above and beyond to satisfy all of our needs. She put together some great packages and I'd say we tweaked them 4-5 times before we hit perfection and it never felt like it was an inconvenience for her to keep digging for not only the best package but the best value as well. She was even able to get us an extra night for just a few dollars more which I really appreciated since I feel like the 2 travel days never really count when it comes to vacation. Our return and final flight had some issues and while it was all being handled by the airlines I was very surprised when she sent me a text to make sure I was aware of the changes going on even though it was after 11 pm. But that just shows that the airline passes on the information and and she wanted to make sure her clients were aware and OK. I've got alot of flights under my belt and have been bumped canceled etc but I've never been contacted by the booking agent to see if we needed anything. We're already in the process of booking our next trip and the bar has been raised.
