Kelly guided us to the perfect hotel! Perfect location right across from the cruise port with absolutely beautiful views! Kelly arranged for fantastic perks like early check-in (we were in by 9:30am) and late checkout (4pm!). This was incredibly helpful as we had a very late flight. Kelly was also able to arrange for an upgraded room on the 21st floor with beautiful views. And we even received a lovely welcome gift from Kelly! Would highly recommend!

Kelly planned a trip of a lifetime! Our accommodations were amazing as were our tours. Kelly helped us every step of the way! We ran into a glitch with some misdirected luggage and Kelly came to the rescue immediately helping us to make a claim and get squared away!! We are so excited to have Kelly plan our next adventure!!!

Once again I really appreciated the hotel research because you found me the perfect stay in a part of the city that didn’t scream tourist. For future guests if they are comfortable taking a train to Heathrow, I recommend the Heathrow Express. I Ubered to Paddington Station and caught the train from there - definitely a money saver compared to taking an Uber the whole way to the airport!
