Once again I really appreciated the hotel research because you found me the perfect stay in a part of the city that didn’t scream tourist. For future guests if they are comfortable taking a train to Heathrow, I recommend the Heathrow Express. I Ubered to Paddington Station and caught the train from there - definitely a money saver compared to taking an Uber the whole way to the airport!

Having the hotel options to review was really helpful. I’d recommend the location of both for anyone like me who wants to be in the action but not in the thick of it. It gives you more perspective of the city when you aren’t amongst many tourists. I also loved the tour recommendation to visit The Highlands and recommend that to anyone. I appreciate how the itinerary was created because it reminded me what I wanted to make sure I saw without feeling like I had to follow it day by day because once I had the lay of the land, it made sense to ‘plug and play’ with the items in the itinerary! Thank you for giving me the tools I needed for a confident and memorable trip!

Kelly took the time to tailor her suggestions based on our initial conversation, which made me feel truly heard and understood.

She was very responsive to all my questions and even helped me find substitute activities when one of my booked events was canceled, which I really appreciated. Her restaurant recommendations were excellent and made my birthday dinner feel really special.

What I loved most about her service was the hotel recommendation. I don’t think I could have found such a perfect hotel on my own; she truly got it right! And it was so thoughtful of her to have a birthday card and a box of chocolates be delivered to me at the hotel!!

If I could suggest one tiny area to consider, it would be to include at one recommendation that’s a bit off the beaten path, something unique or lesser-known to make the experience feel even more memorable.
