Kelly did a fabulous job narrowing down our choices within the pentameters requested making our choices much easier and less time consuming. She gave us the excursion info for private bookings beyond what the cruise ship offered. We took advantage of this in Turks and Caicos and it was well worth it. By far the best we could have done. Princess excursions didn't offer what we received and we were booking with local businesses that actually helped their family directly.
