We had a very large group book with Kelly Steward for spring break in Clearwater Florida. She handled canceled flights and rescheduled booking with the airlines for us. Communication with her was great during this stress time to fly. Her choice of hotel and restaurants were great! She will definitely be our travel agent for future travel.
