I've stayed at the Grayson before, but working with Kelly allowed me to experience the perks that come with using a Fora Travel Advisor. I was greeted with a personal note from the GM, a 24th floor room with a view and a 10% bar and restaurant credit - all things I would not have had if I booked on my own.
