Planning our Alaska cruise with Kelly Lauberth was one of the best decisions we made. From the moment we started planning until we returned home, Kelly was communicative, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable about the cruise industry. She answered every question promptly, offered great recommendations for our port excursions, and made the entire process stress-free.
One of the sweetest surprises was finding a bottle of sparkling wine, fresh fruit, and canapés waiting in our cabin to celebrate our 30th anniversary. It was such a thoughtful personal touch that made our trip feel even more special.
Kelly also truly went above and beyond during our cruise. In Juneau, we were worried we might miss our whale watching excursion because the tender process was taking much longer than expected. We called Kelly, and she immediately contacted the excursion provider to explain the situation and arranged for us to be moved to a later departure if needed. Fortunately, we made our original excursion on time, but it was incredibly reassuring to know we had someone advocating for us and handling the details while we focused on enjoying our vacation.
