This was the second time Kellie had arranged my travel. She arranged every detail for my Thanksgiving travel to North Carolina. This time Kellie was amazing as I needed to change the earlier mode of transportation from airplane to Amtrak train travel. I cancelled my Southwest. I called Kellie to inquire if she could help me. Kellie went above and beyond for excellent, sensitive service. She asked questions of me until she was clear about my needs.
Then she went to work making phone calls and doing whatever she had to do working with Amtrak & the Hotel. She kept me informed of options and gave me complete quotes. I can only say, a great weight was lifted from me as she did all the communicating. It was a multi leg round trip (Chicago to Indy; Indy to Dallas by way of Chicago). Kellie is caring an interested in every aspect of my travel. She is professional, patient, efficient, willing to go the extra mile to help the trip & stay be pleasant.
I did indeed recommend Kellie to my grandson who was needing to arrange his own transportation for Christmas. It was already mid December. Mrs Kellie Ireland delivered again. Super excellent service.
